    • Vehicle has code P2359 – boost pressure too low. Found broken CAC tube where the sensor goes into the tube. Boost was intermittent. WIll have to replace the sensor and retest.
    • Recommend replacing pads all the way around.
    • Fuel filter removed and replaced.
    • AIr filter removed and replaced.
    • Brake pads removed and replaced all the way around. Burned brakes on test drive. Verified no light on the dash for brakes.

    • Found fuel aerated, bleed system to get started. Found air coming from tank. Need to pull tank and replace pick up flush fuel lines and replace filters. Removed vehicle after market system and installed FASS system. Installed customer supplied sump and retest. Now that vehicle has correct fuel pressure found that entire LH bank is misfiring. Suspect exhaust gasses being allowed into LH fuel rail and causing misfire. Removed and replaced all ODD injectors on LH side. During removal found that injector #4 was seized. Had to use slide hammer to remove. Once removed found cup has rusted on the injector. Removed and replaced injector cup and hold down and Reassembled and retest. Found that intermittently Injector #3, 7 are misfiring. Road tested vehicle multiple times and misfire cleared up. Concern corrected at this time.

    • Verified concern, check engine light on. Scanned PCM for codes – found P026C fuel injection quantity lower than expected and P225D NOx sensor 1/1 performance signal stuck low. Inspected powertrain for signs of leaks or restrictions – found air inlet tube partially sucked in. Removed air inlet tube and pushed out tube for proper air flow. Cleared codes and road tested
    • No abnormal noises heard
    • Found front inner tire wear. Inspected front end – OK. Lifted front end and checked for play – OK. Recommend alignment and 90,000 mile service.
    • Brakes are good all around
    • Changed oil and filter
    • Replaced cabin filter
    • Drained transmission. Removed and replaced transmission oil pan/filter. Topped off fluid to specification. Post road test – passed.

    • Found ac tensioner siezed up. Belt ripped. Recommend replacing the tensioner and belt, and retesting.
    • will check after replacing the ac belt tensioner.
    • p0442 – evap system small leak detected. TSB for replacing the vent valve solenoid and relocating the filter box. Filter is missing. Recommend performing TSB and retesting.
    • Bed still secure, seam is coming apart from being overloaded. nothing loose though.
    • Removed the belt tensioner and found bearings failed. Replaced the tensioner, installed new belt and verified no noise.Did spin the pulley and pulley wasnt bound up. ac working at this time.
    • air filter removed and replaced.
    • Vent solenoid and filter removed and replaced. Installed filter above spare tire area above the frame. No codes returned at this time. may need more drive time but all good at this time.
