Cleaned air filter and mass air flow sensor. Re-tested: concern still present. Suspect injector or multiple injectors are not properly closing at idle therefore leaking into the cylinder until fuel is used.

Verified concern, check engine light on. Scanned PCM for codes – found P026C fuel injection quantity lower than expected and P225D NOx sensor 1/1 performance signal stuck low. Inspected powertrain for signs of leaks or restrictions – found air inlet tube partially sucked in. Removed air inlet tube and pushed out tube for proper air flow. Cleared codes and road tested
No abnormal noises heard
Found front inner tire wear. Inspected front end – OK. Lifted front end and checked for play – OK. Recommend alignment and 90,000 mile service.
Brakes are good all around
Changed oil and filter
Replaced cabin filter
Drained transmission. Removed and replaced transmission oil pan/filter. Topped off fluid to specification. Post road test – passed.

Verified oil leak. Oil leak looks to be coming from the rear main seal and oil pan. Recommend removing the transmission and replacing the rear main seal, pan gasket and rear camshaft gasket to the rear cover. Inspected the front and found the front cover seeping as well.
Verified blower motor inop. Inspected fuses and circuits. Fuse is good. Verified power and ground to the blower module. Verified 12volts with the blower motor on higg through the low setting. Found no wire damage or melted pins. Suspect blower motor failed.
Verified amp steps are inop. Verified power and ground to the step module. unable to verify signal power. Checked continuity between the dlc and the module. all good. manually gave the steps ground and verified proper operation of the steps. Steps do no operate with the doors open. Verified door ajar switches are oprational. Inspected the dlc connector and pulled it a part. looks like the circuit board has failed. Recommend replacing the circuit board and retesting.
replace connector due to failed circuit board. Amp step obd connector removed and replaced. Verified that the steps are working as intended.

Test drove Vehicle brakes worked fine, did feel slight wheel vibration. Raised vehicle on lift inspected suspension and brakes, brakes all around look good. Notice front tires thread are cupped, suspension also cant find any obvious faults. Tested ball joints, tie rods, and u-joints did feel slight play on drag link. Recommend replacing tires.
Test drove vehicle and scanned for codes. none present was unable to duplicate concern.

Recommend crankcase vent filter, air filter, fuel filters still at 53%. do to maintenance schedule power steering flush is due, front and rear axle service.
