Did check over brake pedal felt spongy found brake rotors to show signs of metal to metal and brake pads were put on but no rotors. recommend replacing. Air filter is good fluids have been topped off already no signs of leaks. cabin air filter is missing. pulled cover and no filter was present. Road test no noise coming from suspension. over all truck is in good shape

Scanned vehicle for codes found C0034-62- Right Front Wheel Speed Sensor signal compare failure. Test drove vehicle while monitoring wheel speed sensor data PIDs, RF wheel speed sensor had no signal. Wiggled connector and inspected for obvious did not find any. tested for power and ground, good. Recommend replacing sensor and retesting.
While replacing speed sensor noticed debris inside hub started spinning wheel hub damaged would need to replace. Removed and replaced wheel hub cleared codes and test drove lights did not come back.

Verified concern, check engine light on. Scanned PCM for codes – found P026C fuel injection quantity lower than expected and P225D NOx sensor 1/1 performance signal stuck low. Inspected powertrain for signs of leaks or restrictions – found air inlet tube partially sucked in. Removed air inlet tube and pushed out tube for proper air flow. Cleared codes and road tested
No abnormal noises heard
Found front inner tire wear. Inspected front end – OK. Lifted front end and checked for play – OK. Recommend alignment and 90,000 mile service.
Brakes are good all around
Changed oil and filter
Replaced cabin filter
Drained transmission. Removed and replaced transmission oil pan/filter. Topped off fluid to specification. Post road test – passed.

Verified oil leak. Oil leak looks to be coming from the rear main seal and oil pan. Recommend removing the transmission and replacing the rear main seal, pan gasket and rear camshaft gasket to the rear cover. Inspected the front and found the front cover seeping as well.
Verified blower motor inop. Inspected fuses and circuits. Fuse is good. Verified power and ground to the blower module. Verified 12volts with the blower motor on higg through the low setting. Found no wire damage or melted pins. Suspect blower motor failed.
Verified amp steps are inop. Verified power and ground to the step module. unable to verify signal power. Checked continuity between the dlc and the module. all good. manually gave the steps ground and verified proper operation of the steps. Steps do no operate with the doors open. Verified door ajar switches are oprational. Inspected the dlc connector and pulled it a part. looks like the circuit board has failed. Recommend replacing the circuit board and retesting.
replace connector due to failed circuit board. Amp step obd connector removed and replaced. Verified that the steps are working as intended.

CS truck will show low coolant however it is not low. Thinks either coolant reservoir and or sensor may need to be replaced.
Drained coolant system removed and replaced coolant reservoir tank filled coolant system, started vehicle no messages appeared.
