pulled fuel sample and found bad gasoline. Recommend draining, dropping the tank and cleaning. Then top off with fresh fuel and retest.
Fuel tank dropped and cleaned out. Replaced the fuel pump and pumped fresh gas into it. Stared and verified no fuel leaks. Vehicle is now running as intended.

Customer request Disaster Prevention Kit install. During installation found vehicle High pressure pump to have metal in it, meaning high pressure pump coming apart. Advised customer on fuel system. Customer request installation of CP4 DCR pump. removed high pressure pump and installed new DCR pump and reassembled vehicle. Retest road test concern corrected at this time.

Verified oil leak. Oil leak looks to be coming from the rear main seal and oil pan. Recommend removing the transmission and replacing the rear main seal, pan gasket and rear camshaft gasket to the rear cover. Inspected the front and found the front cover seeping as well.
Verified blower motor inop. Inspected fuses and circuits. Fuse is good. Verified power and ground to the blower module. Verified 12volts with the blower motor on higg through the low setting. Found no wire damage or melted pins. Suspect blower motor failed.
Verified amp steps are inop. Verified power and ground to the step module. unable to verify signal power. Checked continuity between the dlc and the module. all good. manually gave the steps ground and verified proper operation of the steps. Steps do no operate with the doors open. Verified door ajar switches are oprational. Inspected the dlc connector and pulled it a part. looks like the circuit board has failed. Recommend replacing the circuit board and retesting.
replace connector due to failed circuit board. Amp step obd connector removed and replaced. Verified that the steps are working as intended.

Verified glow plug codes. p0672 – cyl 2 glow plug control circuit p0674 – cyl 4 glow plug control circuit. Recommend replacing the bank of glow plugs.
verified humming noise coming from dash area. removed some of the panels and found that the noise is coming from the ac box. did find signs of someone being behind the dash. suspect maybe somthing was left loose. Unable to inspect. Need to remove dash and make sure everything is tight.
Verified glow plug codes. p0672 – cyl 2 glow plug control circuit p0674 – cyl 4 glow plug control circuit. Recommend replacing the bank of glow plugs. Bank of glow plugs removed and replaced. Cleared codes and tested. VErified no check engine at this time. Vehicle may not be turning on the glow plugs due to ambient temp being 100 plus. did 3 key cycles and no check engine light after key cycles.
