Test drove and was unable to constantly get the noise to be present. When sound was present it appears to be coming from passenger side axle. Upon inspecting axles, driver side axle is throwing grease. Recommend replacing axle and retesting.

P1026 – IAT 2 P026A – IAT#2 low cir Monitored pids = found IAT 1 and 2 within spec at idle. Road tested and found intercooler not cooling intake air. Recommend new intercooler. On road test found converter shuttering real bad. Will need new trans assembly.
Oil change completed 1/14/26 @ 11:35am.

Replaced CAC and retested system = found temps normal now.

Verified check engine light on, pulled code P2C7A nitrogen oxides catalytic converter 2 efficiency below threshold invalid configuration. Found TSB applicable to code; recommend updating ECM, performing nitrogen oxide reset NOx sensor reset, and performing nitrogen oxide catalytic converter reductant loading reset NOx catalyst reductant loading reset. Road tested truck, truck operating normally, no concerns felt during road test. Inspected truck, everything checks ok.

found low high pressure fuel. and not able to control. checked low pressure found ok at 40. will need new high pressure pump and retest low pressure pump to see if it keeps up with volume
Fuel pump removed and replaced. Torqued fuel pump and fuel lines. Also replaced the intake manifold gaskets. Got vehicle started. Test drove vehicle and found p0157 – h02s circuit low voltage bank 2 sensor 2 and p2272 – h02s signal stuck lean bank 2 sensor 2. Drove around and sensor came back up to normal. Sensor is being lazy. If codes return, may need to replace but right now it is acting normal. Vehicle running and driving normally at this time .

Verify customer concern found vehicle has codes for CMP and FRP sensor. While inspecting vehicle found harness was rubbing on intake. Spent some time trying to find short and cannot locate. Will need more Diagnosis time to go through harness and see if i can pin point wire damage. Removed tape from wiring harness and inspected. Pin pointed bare wire that was grounding out on a/c compressor bolt. Repaired two tires and covered with tape. Retest road test concern corrected at this time.
