    • Trucks average miles per gallon falls within normal parameters. Scanned for codes; no codes present. Inspected fuel system; no signs of leaks. Road tested truck with starting mileage 187,613 miles and 134 miles to E. Post road test mileage 187,625 and 124 miles to E.
    • Changed oil and filter.
    • Disconnected bank 2 fuel injector return lines, disconnected all injector connectors, and removed high pressure fuel supply lines. Removed bank 2 fuel injectors. Cleaned injectors and replaced seals. Replaced 4 injector valve cover seals. Re installed injectors, torqued to specification using new hardware, and installed new high pressure supply lines. Re installed all removed lines. Primed fuel system, and tested for proper operation. Road tested truck and re inspected for leak; leak no longer present.

    • Degreased and power washed power train. Road tested and inspected for leaks = found upper oil pan leaking by the t joints and oil seeping out of the bell housing. Turbocharger and engine valley look bone dry, no signs of leaks coming from the top.
    • Inspected lines = found multiple points of breaks, lines are brittle. Recommend replacing vacuum line harness.
    • Inspected brake system = found rear brake pads about 4/3mm, recommend replacing. Did not notice any fluid leaks, verified mushy pedal feel. Recommend bleeding brake system and re testing.
    • Front brakes bled. There was air on the initial bleed. Brakes feel normal after bleeding.
    • Vacuum harness removed and replaced.
    • Upper oil pan, front, and rear cover gaskets replaced. Installed silicon where needed. Torqued all covers to spec. Installed new lower oil and torqued to spec. Replaced oil cooler and oil filter adapter gaskets. Test drove and verified no leaks after replacing.

    • Front brakes 1 – 2 mm. Rear pads installed backwards. Recommend replacing brake pads all the way around. Rotors are grooved in the rear and front looks like they are grooved and may have gotten metal to metal.
    • Inspected and found cab bushings deteriorated in the front of the cab. Cap for the bushing is on the frame. Recommend replacing cab bushings.
    • Unable to hear any bearing noise or feel any play at this time. Suspect brake squeal may be the noise. Can hear the noise without applying the brakes and is a squeal.
    • No warnings when driving. pulled codes and no codes or check engine light.
    • (Combination) – DISC ROTOR – Burnish Brake Rotors While Driving Vehicle F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty
    • Rotors removed and replaced. Also replaced pads and greased slide pins. Torqued wheels to spec and burned brakes on test drive. Verified no more squeak when driving as well.
    • Cab bushings removed and replaced. Verified no more noise when going over bumps.

    • Front and rear shocks removed and replaced.
