Found small oil leak from front passenger side oil pan developing. Cab / Body mount bushings deteriorating. Front steering stabilizer seal blown. Front inner and outer tie rod have some play. Transmission fluid is a little dark and beginning to smell.

Verified customers concern of mirrors and drivers side window being inoperable. Pulled codes and performed a self test of the Drivers seat module. No codes and passed the self test. Went to verify power and ground at the mirror adjust switch. Verified power but no ground. Tested the door harness and harness tested all good. Tested for continuity from the BCM to the drivers door and was unable to verify. Pulled the parking brake cable off and started to inspect the door harness and found burned wires. The burned wires run all along the drivers floor board and up under the seat. Multiple wires look to be affected and was unable to find the source of the damage. Suspect shorted wire causing the damage. Recommend replacing the Cab wiring harness and inspecting the connectors at all modules the harness is connected to for any damage or chaffing.

Verify customer concern found vehicle slow to crank. Tested both batteries and they pass. Tested charging system and vehicle alternator charging at 13.8-14v. Recommend replacing starter and retesting.
Found vehicle air filter caved in and filter minder showing restricted. Recommend replacing air filter. CCV filter is original recommend replacing. Vehicle upper oil pan leaking. Cold side CAC is leaking recommend replacing..
Removed and replaced starter assembly due to slow cranking. Retest concern corrected at this time.

Found oil leak coming from upper oil pan. Advised customer on resealing engine. Lifted vehicle cab and removed engine. Removed lower oil pan, upper oil pan, front cover, and rear cover. Replaced all one time use gaskets and flat gaskets and cleaned all sealing surfaces.Replaced front crankshaft seal along with rear main seal. Replaced flywheel due to finding damaged teeth on old flywheel. Replaced all front cover gaskets and rear cover gaskets. Replaced upper oil pan gaskets. Replaced lower oil pan. Reassembled vehicle and retest road test concern corrected at this time.
Removed exhaust manifolds and replaced gaskets, studs, and nuts. Replaced manifolds and reassembled.

Pinion shaft removed and found diff was overful. As soon as the seal was removed, fluid poured out. Let fluid drain and installed the seal. Removed excess fluid to proper level and test drove. Verified no leak after replacing the seal.

pulled fuel sample and found bad gasoline. Recommend draining, dropping the tank and cleaning. Then top off with fresh fuel and retest.
Fuel tank dropped and cleaned out. Replaced the fuel pump and pumped fresh gas into it. Stared and verified no fuel leaks. Vehicle is now running as intended.

Customer request Disaster Prevention Kit install. During installation found vehicle High pressure pump to have metal in it, meaning high pressure pump coming apart. Advised customer on fuel system. Customer request installation of CP4 DCR pump. removed high pressure pump and installed new DCR pump and reassembled vehicle. Retest road test concern corrected at this time.
