Inspected and found cab bushings deteriorated in the front of the cab. Cap for the bushing is on the frame. Recommend replacing cab bushings.
Unable to hear any bearing noise or feel any play at this time. Suspect brake squeal may be the noise. Can hear the noise without applying the brakes and is a squeal.

Verified concern, inspected truck and found primary drive belt torn and hydrobooster appears to be leaking. Recommend replacing drive belt with tensioner and idler pulleys, cleaning hydrobooster and re inspecting. Power steering fluid level ok. Found coolant reservoir low, topped off, and pressure tested coolant system overnight. Found horizontal EGR cooler leaking.
Changed oil and filter.
Drained coolant system, set aside power steering cooler, loosened charge air cooler, set aside hood latch, removed radiator support bracket, removed CAC tube, removed upper radiator shroud, and coolant fan assembly. Removed and replaced drive belt, tensioner, both idler pulleys, and water pump assembly. Re installed all removed components. Vacuum bled and filled coolant system. Tested for proper operation – passed. Post road test – passed.

Starter seems to be getting stuck, recommend replacing and retesting.
Inspected hub actuators: they were on locked mode set to auto. Passenger side was making noise while spinning wheel, removed actuator and noise went away. Tried to replicate noise again and have not been able to at this time. Found front u-joints have excessive play.
Noise seems to be coming from top fuel filter.
CS check engine light comes on with code P062A, only when it's raining and gets wet.
Inspected fuel pump (aftermarket) = noticed filters appear to have not been replaced in a while. Recommend replacing filters. Fuel level also low, might be causing louder fuel pump noise.
Removed and replaced starter.
Removed and replaced fuel filters
Visually inspected for oil leak = found engine valley with oil, bottom of engine all covered in oil also. Found dried oil seepage from front cover down to oil pan. Cleaned up some of oil from valley and under engine. Test drove vehicle = oil leak coming from top engine down to passenger side covering starter. Recommend turbo reseal and power washing engine to reinspect.

Pulled codes and found: P0193 – FRP sensor circuit high bank 1 P01C6 – Fuel pressure sensor A circuit high P0335 – Crank shaft position sensor A circuit Monitored pids: fuel pressure and fuel rail pressure are reading correctly. Monitored RPM and there was no reading while the engine was running. Verified 5v reference and ground at the sensor. Suspect faulty sensor was installed. Recommend replacing the sensor with OE sensor and retesting.
Removed the ckp with connector installed due to being unable to remove the connector. Found silicone stuck in between the pins causing the pigtail to not make contact with the sensor. Replaced pigtail and sensor. Verified no longer misfiring.
Replaced pigtail.
