    • Coolant reservoir full at time of arrival. Pressure tested coolant system and inspected for leaks. Found radiator, thermostat housing, and upper heater hose leaking coolant; recommend replacing and re-testing.
    • Found windshield washer pump cracked; recommend replacing.
    • Drained coolant, removed radiator shroud, cooling fan, front grill, and set aside condenser assembly. Replaced radiator assembly and re-installed all removed components. Vacuum bled and filled coolant system.
    • Replaced thermostat assembly and upper and lower radiator hose o-rings on radiator side. Replaced reservoir hose o-ring.
    • Replaced upper heater hoses.
    • Replaced windshield washer pump.

    • Verified customer concern, scanned vehicle for codes found: P2291- Injector Control Pressure to low Hooked up fuel gauge and turned key, fuel pressure around 4PSI. Cranked vehicle a few times and was able to start on the third try. The first two vehicle died right away and third time vehicle ran rough but after a few minutes could feel it smooth out and vehicle ran fine. Drove to lift, turned off vehicle, started couple times and it ran good / engine sounded smooth. Inspected fuel filters, looked fine. Suspect debris might of clogged fuel line. Recommend dropping fuel tank and inspecting, and cleaning out lines.

    • Verify customer concern found vehicle has codes for CMP and FRP sensor. While inspecting vehicle found harness was rubbing on intake. Spent some time trying to find short and cannot locate. Will need more Diagnosis time to go through harness and see if i can pin point wire damage. Removed tape from wiring harness and inspected. Pin pointed bare wire that was grounding out on a/c compressor bolt. Repaired two tires and covered with tape. Retest road test concern corrected at this time.

    • P0300, P0306, P0307, P0308, P0C2A, P2282. Checked for contaminated fuel, found ok. Found smoking out of tail pipe and blow by from crankcase. Ran relative compression found #7 down 25%. Will need motor.

    • Removed valve covers for valvetrain inspection
    • Removed timing cover for inspection
    • Removed oil pan for inspection
    • Drained all fluids, evacuated AC refrigerant, and lifted cab assembly. Removed and replaced engine assembly. Replaced intake manifold, direct injection fuel injectors, high pressure fuel supply lines, and thermostat. Replaced all engine replacement associated gaskets. Re installed cab. Vacuum bled and filled coolant system to specification and charged AC system to specification. Tested for proper operation = passed. Post road test = passed. Post scan = passed. Final inspection = passed.

    • vehicle has code p1050 – reductant level sensor invalid range. Viewed level sensor pid and shows invalid. Suspect internal failure of the sender assembly.
    • Replaced the reductant tank heater/sender assembly. Topped off with fresh def and performed reset procedure. Cleared codes and performed Reductant tamper test and test passed. No codes at this time.

    • Verified concern, engine saturated in oil. De-greased and power washed engine, added oil dye and road tested truck. Inspected for leaks using UV light = found source of leak coming from high pressure oil pump cover. Recommend resealing HP cover, turbo, cleaning reside and re-inspecting for further leaks.
    • Verified concern. Removed air inlet tube. Disconnected glow plug harness and tested glow plug # 3 = circuit reads OL. Recommend replacing glow plug # 3 with harness.
    • INJECTION PUMP – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty,4WD,Automatic Trans w/o Cab Removal
    • Change oil and filter
    • GLOW PLUG – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty One
    • GLOW PLUG – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty Each Additional
    • Replaced oil pressure switch
    • Removed upper radiator fan shroud, both charge air cooler tubes, fan clutch assembly, fan clutch shroud, both drive belts, both tensioners, crankshaft dampener, front oil pump cover and gears. Removed timing cover, cleaned mating surface and replaced timing cover gasket. Replaced front oil pump gasket and re installed all removed components. Heater hose tube flex excessively during front cover install and plastic cracked – replaced. Vacuum bled and filled coolant system. Cleaned oil residue and tested for proper operation = passed. Post road test = passed. Post inspection = passed.
    • (Additional) – TIMING COVER &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty w/Air Cond
    • (Additional) – TIMING COVER &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace w/Skid Plate
    • Replaced left hand side glow plug harness
