Services Performed
- Found fuel aerated, bleed system to get started. Found air coming from tank. Need to pull tank and replace pick up flush fuel lines and replace filters. Removed vehicle after market system and installed FASS system. Installed customer supplied sump and retest. Now that vehicle has correct fuel pressure found that entire LH bank is misfiring. Suspect exhaust gasses being allowed into LH fuel rail and causing misfire. Removed and replaced all ODD injectors on LH side. During removal found that injector #4 was seized. Had to use slide hammer to remove. Once removed found cup has rusted on the injector. Removed and replaced injector cup and hold down and Reassembled and retest. Found that intermittently Injector #3, 7 are misfiring. Road tested vehicle multiple times and misfire cleared up. Concern corrected at this time.

- Install FASS fuel system
- FUEL INJECTOR – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty One,Left
- FUEL INJECTOR – Remove & Replace – F250 Super Duty,F350 Super Duty Each Additional
