    • vehicle has code p1050 – reductant level sensor invalid range. Viewed level sensor pid and shows invalid. Suspect internal failure of the sender assembly.
    • Replaced the reductant tank heater/sender assembly. Topped off with fresh def and performed reset procedure. Cleared codes and performed Reductant tamper test and test passed. No codes at this time.

    • Found ac tensioner siezed up. Belt ripped. Recommend replacing the tensioner and belt, and retesting.
    • will check after replacing the ac belt tensioner.
    • p0442 – evap system small leak detected. TSB for replacing the vent valve solenoid and relocating the filter box. Filter is missing. Recommend performing TSB and retesting.
    • Bed still secure, seam is coming apart from being overloaded. nothing loose though.
    • Removed the belt tensioner and found bearings failed. Replaced the tensioner, installed new belt and verified no noise.Did spin the pulley and pulley wasnt bound up. ac working at this time.
    • air filter removed and replaced.
    • Vent solenoid and filter removed and replaced. Installed filter above spare tire area above the frame. No codes returned at this time. may need more drive time but all good at this time.

    • Verified concern, check engine light on with misfire. Performed PCM self test – codes P0205 cylinder 5 injector control circuit, P0300 engine misfire detected, P0672 cylinder 2 glow plug control circuit, and P0676 cylinder 6 glow plug control circuit present. Monitored PCM misfire data pids – confirmed constant misfire count present in cylinder 5. Found TSB 23-NA-027 applicable to P0205 code. Removed right front wheel well trim, injector cover, and disconnected cylinder 5 connector for inspection – failed, found traces of fretting and black power. Recommend servicing pigtail, clearing codes and retesting.
    • Replaced injector 5 pigtail, cleared codes and tested for proper operation – passed, misfire no longer present. Check engine light on still, due to glow plug circuit codes; recommend diagnosing. Re-installed injector cover and wheel well trim.

    • Verified glow plug codes. p0672 – cyl 2 glow plug control circuit p0674 – cyl 4 glow plug control circuit. Recommend replacing the bank of glow plugs.
    • verified humming noise coming from dash area. removed some of the panels and found that the noise is coming from the ac box. did find signs of someone being behind the dash. suspect maybe somthing was left loose. Unable to inspect. Need to remove dash and make sure everything is tight.
    • Verified glow plug codes. p0672 – cyl 2 glow plug control circuit p0674 – cyl 4 glow plug control circuit. Recommend replacing the bank of glow plugs. Bank of glow plugs removed and replaced. Cleared codes and tested. VErified no check engine at this time. Vehicle may not be turning on the glow plugs due to ambient temp being 100 plus. did 3 key cycles and no check engine light after key cycles.

    • found reductant level sensor failed need to replace and reset system to test nox sensor
    • removed and replaced the reductant pump assembly. Cleared all reductant tables, nox 1 sensor tables. Performed reductant test and test passed. Test drove and verified no codes after test drive.
    • Vehicle completed manual regen. No codes after.

    • vehicle has p0201 – cylinder 1 injector circuit problem p0204 – cylinder 4 injector circuit problem p0206 – cylinder 6 injector circuit problem p0207 – cylinder 7 injector circuit problem p0670 – glow plug module control circuit p2146 – injection position voltage control circuit group 1 inspected wiring harness and unable to find any obvious signs of damage. Wiggled pigtails and 2 of the connectors felt a little sloppy at the injectors. Recommend replacing the rest of the injector connectors associated with the codes and retesting.
    • Replace number 1 injector pigtail
    • Replace 4 and 6 injector connectors
