Pulled codes and found: P2074 – MAP / MAF Throttle Position Correlation At Higher Load P0402 – EGR Flow Excessive Detected P1548 – Engine Air Filter Restriction Pulled air filter and found filter sucked in. Recommend replacing, clearing codes, and retesting.
    • Found codes: B1083 – Recirc Damper Motor B11F0 – Air Intake Damper Position Sensor Tried to move the recirc door manually and it would intermittently move. Suspect actuator failure, also found cabin air filter dirty.
    • Air filter removed and replaced. Cleared codes and test drove. Verified no check engine light during or after test driving.
    • Fan clutch removed and replaced. Verified fan clutch is no longer stuck on.
    • Replaced the HVAC recirc door actuator. Verified actuator is operating as intended and recirc door is opening and closing.
