Services Performed
- Degreased and power washed power train. Road tested and inspected for leaks = found upper oil pan leaking by the t joints and oil seeping out of the bell housing. Turbocharger and engine valley look bone dry, no signs of leaks coming from the top.
- Inspected lines = found multiple points of breaks, lines are brittle. Recommend replacing vacuum line harness.
- Inspected brake system = found rear brake pads about 4/3mm, recommend replacing. Did not notice any fluid leaks, verified mushy pedal feel. Recommend bleeding brake system and re testing.
- Front brakes bled. There was air on the initial bleed. Brakes feel normal after bleeding.
- Vacuum harness removed and replaced.
- Upper oil pan, front, and rear cover gaskets replaced. Installed silicon where needed. Torqued all covers to spec. Installed new lower oil and torqued to spec. Replaced oil cooler and oil filter adapter gaskets. Test drove and verified no leaks after replacing.
- oil separator removed and replaced.
